We only charge 5% of each successful booking. If a customer books a €100 session, you keep €95 and we take €5 (Stripe's own card processing fees are deducted by Stripe and paid by you, the organiser). No bookings? No charges. It's that simple.
Absolutely not. There are no setup fees, no monthly subscriptions, no hidden charges. The only cost is the 5% per booking. Payment processing fees from Stripe apply separately (typically 1.4% + €0.25 per transaction in Europe).
Payments are processed through Stripe and deposited directly to your bank account. Standard Stripe payout schedules apply (typically 2-7 business days depending on your country).
